orders

You are able to checkout as a guest; however by registering for an online account you’ll be able to experience a fast and easy checkout, as well as being able to easily access your order history and status. To create an account with us, please follow this here.

Using a discount code with your order means you can take advantage of a special offer you may have seen on the website. You may also have received a discount code by email, text message, or in the post.

Discount codes need to be quoted at the time of ordering to make sure you receive the discount being offered.

Each discount code has its own terms and conditions which can be found within the promotional offer we sent you. Please make sure you read these carefully to make sure your order meets the specific requirements relating to the code you are using.

If you're having problems:-

- Please check that the discount code has not expired and that you are eligible to use it (if the code has been sent to you, it’s for your personal use only).
-  Some items in your basket may not be eligible for the offer, usually already discounted items and certain branded items.  We can only accept one discount code per order and some codes can only be used once.

If you require items that are being shown as ‘out of stock’, please contact us by emailing info@alaynashome.com

It may be possible to cancel or amend your order if it is done on the same day your order has been placed. If this is the case, please email info@alaynashome.com. Our opening hours are Monday to Saturday 8am-5pm.

Please ensure that you check all items on receipt, as faulty or damaged items must be reported within 7 working days of receiving the parcel, or within 30 days should the fault develop after receipt.

You will need to send us a picture of the damaged / faulty item prior to any refund or replacement being issued. If you cannot send us pictures of the damage / fault, you will need to return the item to us, at your own expense (see returns and exchanges policy below). We will then inspect the item and if our inspection confirms the damage / fault, we will refund your return cost (please note we will only refund the collection cost we would charge) and issue a replacement (if in-stock) or a refund as appropriate.

Once we have received pictures of the damage / fault and/or carried out our inspection, and the item is deemed to have a manufacturing defect or is not fit for purpose, we will offer you a replacement, a repair or a refund.

If you’ve placed your order online, you’ll receive a confirmation email from us to let you know we’ve received your order for processing (this email is not an order confirmation, or acceptance from us).

Please check your junk mail. Depending on your email anti-spam settings, the confirmation email may have been directed into your spam. If you have not received the order confirmation email within 24 hours, please contact info@alaynashome.com

All you have to do is subscribe to receive our newsletters by providing an email on the homepage or by creating an account with us.

Plus as a newsletter subscriber you will receive exclusive offers, previews and discounts not available to other customers.

We accept PayPal, Google pay plus all major credit and debit cards.

As soon as the order is completed, we will contact your bank to authorise the payment.

We're sorry to hear you are having issues. We recommend you contact your bank as in most cases the issue can be quickly rectified. Alternatively, you can try and make a payment using a different payment method. Please contact info@alaynashome.com if you are having issues with our website.

shipping

We currently ship within Mainland United Kingdom and Isle of Man.

This means it currently excludes Northern Ireland, Scilly Isles and Highlands and Islands.

Standard Delivery £2.95 (Mainland UK)
3-7 working days (though it may take a little longer during peak trading periods).

Standard Delivery over £60 - FREE

Next Working Day - £8.50
Anything ordered on a Saturday or Sunday, this will be dispatched on the Monday and arrive on the following Tuesday.


Saturday/Sunday Delivery - £15

Between 9am and 5pm for UK Mainland orders only - these have to be ordered before 12 noon to qualify. Please note not all items qualify for Sunday Delivery.

returns & exchanges

We hope that you are happy with the items you receive. However, should your purchase be faulty we are happy for you to return it within 14 days of the order being delivered.

Items must be returned in their original packaging, unused and with any security stickers, seals or tags intact, and anything we consider to be mistreated or damaged through wear and tear cannot be replaced or credited.

Although we would love to pay for returns for you, we promote slow-fashion so we believe in being conscious of what you purchase, therefore you are responsible for the cost of returning your item(s) to us, unless you received a faulty, damaged or wrongly dispatched item. You can return an item to us, via the method of your choice.

Please repack your item with care using all the original packaging. As the goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse. Please ensure you package your return to prevent any damage to the items or boxes. 

We will inspect the returned item and will notify you of your refund or replacement via email. We try to process returns as soon as possible once they have reached our Warehouse. However, returns can take up to 10 working days to be processed, especially during busy periods. 

We will typically refund any money owed to you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase. If it’s not possible we will contact you via phone or email. 

Customers are strongly recommended to get proof of postage when returning goods to avoid "lost packages" situations.

Our return options are below. When preparing to return a parcel to us, please make sure you’ve done the following:
1. Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt
2. Replace all items to be returned in their original packaging and place inside the parcel.
3. Email info@alaynashome.com with return details
